Precalculus, usually taken after Algebra 2, is considered to be one of the most challenging high-school math courses, even arguably harder than calculus. A combination of trigonometry and math analysis, precalculus bridges a very important gap to calculus. Because students are often overwhelmed by the concepts covered in precalculus, we will thoroughly review and preview the key overlapping concepts that are typically covered in the first semester of a precalculus class. By the end of this bridge course, students will have a stronger understanding of the concepts, be better prepared for precalculus, and have greater self-confidence in their overall math abilities.
