Industry Shadowing Programs
7EDU’s Industry Shadowing Program gives high school students a unique opportunity to explore real career environments, deepen their interests, and discover what truly excites them. Through guided placement with cutting-edge organizations, students gain exposure to professional fields such as technology, finance, business, education, social science, the arts, and more. By working alongside professionals and contributing to meaningful projects, students develop greater self-awareness, clearer direction for potential college majors, and a stronger sense of purpose.
In each role, student can expect to:

Build a Real AI Product This year, students can take part in a hands-on AI innovation track, where they’ll help develop a fully functional AI product from concept to launch.
Participants will: Conduct market and user research Prototype, test, and iterate on product features Help shape branding, user experience, and outreach strategy. Along the way, they’ll gain a practical understanding of how AI is applied in real-world solutions—and what it takes to bring an idea to life through creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
In each role, student can expect to:
- Work on real projects and assignments under the supervision of a mentor
- Attend workshops, trainings, and other professional development activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
- Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Provide support to the department and team as needed
