Summer Research Programs

Computational Bio Research Project  - online only,  Jul 8 – Sep 12, 2025, Tue and Thur, 7PM-9PM. This 10-week summer program offers students hands-on research in computational biology and AI, leading to a publishable-style paper and interactive demo—ideal for those passionate about biology, computer science, and real-world data science applications. FULL

Machine Learning Research Project: AI Agents for Social Media Simulation - in person only. Jul 14 – Sept 20, 2025, Wed & Fri, 4:30-6:30PM. Explore AI and behavioral science in this hands-on summer research program. Students will build AI agents to simulate social media usage and uncover what makes content addictive—while gaining key skills in machine learning and real-world research. FULL

Summer Industry Shadowing Programs

Through guided placement with cutting-edge organizations, students gain exposure to professional fields such as technology, finance, business, education, social science, the arts, and more.  FULL

Build a Real AI Product. This year, students can take part in a hands-on AI innovation track, where they’ll help develop a fully functional AI product from concept to launch. For summer 2025, there will be one program during 6/16 – 7/11, and another program during 7/14 – 8/8. Students can select both for a 4-week schedule. On-site in Cupertino, CA.
